Admissions for the academic year 2025–2026
Vivekananda High School invites applications for PRE-K.G, L.K.G, U.K.G, and Grades 1–10, subject to seat availability and eligibility.
Admission enquiry timings: Monday to Sunday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
Obtaining the application form
Parents/guardians can collect the brochure and application form from the School Office. To schedule a campus visit or enquire about admissions, call +91 89780 46666, +91 40 4200 0442, +91 89779 88442.
Criteria for submission of application form
Submit the duly filled application form along with the following:
- Certified copy of the previous academic year’s School Report (if applicable).
- Photographs: 4 (Residential students), 2 (Day scholars). Parents & guardian: 2 passport photos each.
- Certified copy of the child’s Birth Certificate.
- Original Record Sheet / Transfer Certificate (if available).
Note: Submission of the application form does not guarantee admission.
Placement test and interaction
Admissions are based on a placement test and an interaction appropriate to the child’s age. Tests are conducted on campus.
Admission is confirmed after evaluating the placement test and a personal interaction. Upon confirmation, a Conduct Certificate from the previous school must be submitted.
Mid-year admissions may be considered for the same class the child is currently attending, subject to seat availability.
Age criteria (as on June 1, 2025)
Applicants must meet the minimum age requirement for the intended grade as on the date mentioned.

Confirmation of admission
On acceptance, fees must be paid within the stipulated date. Submit the following documents:
- Caste Certificate (SC / ST / BC), if applicable.
- Photographs as per the above specification (student/parents/guardian).
- Transfer Certificate / Record Sheet from the previous school.
If the Transfer Certificate is not available at the time of admission, it must be submitted before the commencement of the academic session.
